Q1 has brought so much transition for my husband and I, and for our family.

A lot of change.
A lot of stretching.
A lot of moments that have made us pause and ask, what does this next season really look like for us?

And through all of it, one thing I keep coming back to is how safe it feels to just be with him.

To dream together.
To build together.
To talk through what we’re believing for.
To sit in the unknown and still feel grounded because we’re side by side.

I love doing life with someone who has seen every version of me and still chooses me, fully and intentionally, every single day.

That kind of love means something to me.
The kind that stays.
The kind that grows with you.
The kind that sees your becoming and doesn’t get intimidated by it.

Life is not just about getting to the next milestone. It is also about who you get to share the in-between with.

And I’m really thankful that I get to share mine with him. 🤍

Just wrapped up a few powerful days at our agency conference, Beyond the Mark in St. Louis!

What I appreciate most about being part of this company is the heart behind it.

Of course we talk about business…
Of course we talk about growth…
But at the center of everything is people.

A company that values families.
A company that believes in doing good and treating people the right way.
A company that creates opportunities for people to grow and serve.

I’m really grateful for the partnership and the community of professionals who are committed to helping families make better decisions about their future.

Feeling inspired, grateful, and excited to bring everything I learned back home and serve even more people.

We’ve got some really cool stuff on LinkedIn. This is the latest article in our newsletter, Medicare Made Simple!

💡 Did you know your Medicare plan changes every single year, even if the name stays the same?

That’s what the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct 15–Dec 7) is all about. It’s not just “switching season.” It’s your one chance to:
✔️ Check if your prescriptions are still covered
✔️ Make sure your doctors are still in-network
✔️ Compare benefits before the new year hits

Most people wait until January to find out their plan changed. By then, it’s too late.

👉 Don’t skip your Medicare checkup this year. Comment “GUIDE” and I’ll send you my free Medicare planning checklist or DM me “Medicare Review” if you want me to walk through your coverage with you personally.

Every fall, Medicare throws open the doors for millions of people to make changes. But here’s the truth: most people don’t actually understand what AEP really means and missing it could cost you big time.

September is a turning point month here at Garrison Global Management. Medicare changes are coming. Life Insurance Awareness Month is here. And families are bracing for health insurance enrollment.

Here’s what that means for you (or someone you love):
👉 Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period is right around the corner. If you’re 65+ — or helping a parent, spouse, or neighbor — this is the ONE time of year you can review and change your plan. Every year, benefits shift. What worked last year may not be the best fit this year.

👉 Life Insurance Awareness Month couldn’t come at a better time. Life happens — new marriage, new baby, new job, new mortgage. These are the life moments that make protecting your family urgent. It’s not about death — it’s about protecting the people who rely on you while you’re living.

👉 Family Health Insurance (ACA) Open Enrollment is almost here. With subsidies and new options, families are finding coverage is more affordable than they think. If you’ve been putting it off, now is the time to check your options.

This month, I’ll be breaking each of these down so that you can prepare!

✨ Whether you’re turning 65, growing your family, or planning ahead — my goal is simple: take the confusion off your shoulders and give you peace of mind.

💬 Which of these three topics matters most to you right now? Medicare, Life Insurance, or Health Coverage? Comment below — I’d love to hear.

The misconception that health insurance fully covers hospital stays can lead to unexpected financial burdens. Despite having comprehensive coverage, additional days in the hospital can result in significant out-of-pocket costs that catch many off guard.

In my recent blog post, I shed light on a lesser-known solution to shield yourself financially from these unanticipated expenses. Hospital Indemnity Plans offer a valuable layer of protection, ensuring peace of mind when it comes to securing your financial well-being.

Explore the benefits of Hospital Indemnity Plans in my blog to understand how they can serve as a vital tool in safeguarding your finances during medical emergencies.

If you’re relying on your health insurance plan alone to cover ALL of your hospital costs, you might be in for a BIG SURPRISE. While actually having health insurance can be a lifeline, it doesn’t always cover everything — especially when it comes to extended hospital stays. A few days in the h...

If you're 65+ and currently on Medicare OR you are a child/silbling/cousin/spouse/friend of someone on Medicare DON'T SKIP THIS!

With the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period upon us, I want to ensure that there's understanding around it and why it matters in order to help you make informed decisions and AVOID costly mistakes!

What Is Medicare AEP and Why Should You Care?

The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is your once-a-year opportunity to make changes to your Medicare coverage. From October 15th to December 7th, you can review, update, or even switch your plan. This period is critical, especially if your health needs or budget have changed.

Let me ask you this: Have you experienced any shifts in your health this year? Maybe you’ve started new medications, visited new doctors, or even faced unexpected healthcare costs? Many people don’t realize that Medicare plans change every year, too—what worked for you last year might no longer be the best fit for 2025.

I get it, it's definitely easy to overlook however, if you don’t review your plan, you might end up paying more than you need to or losing access to benefits that have been critical for your health.

How can you avoid that all together?

By reviewing your coverage annually, you can make sure your plan is still working for you. A quick review could mean extra benefits like vision, dental, or hearing coverage—benefits you might not even know you’re missing out on.

This isn’t just about healthcare; it’s about peace of mind knowing that your coverage is still working for you, not against you.

If you're in need of assistance with this or simply want to know your options.. let's schedule your FREE review of your plan, and let’s make sure you’re set up for success in 2025. Together, we can help you stay on track and avoid any surprises next year.
