Our First First-Time Homebuyer Seminar = A Huge Success! ✨

Last Wednesday, Alyssa and I hosted our very first First-Time Homebuyer Seminar and WOW… what an incredible night! 🏡

We had an amazing turnout with around 30 people joining us, all eager to learn more about the homebuying journey. Together, we walked through what to expect from both the real estate side and the mortgage side, breaking down key steps, tips, and important facts to help future homeowners feel confident and prepared.

Guests received take-home materials, enjoyed food and drinks (shoutout to Penn Station & Smoothie King! 🥪🥤), and got to participate in some fun raffles. Congrats to our winners! 🎉
