Community Outreach isn’t just for special occasions. Many in our communities face risk every day. Their need is ever present, so we’ve integrated local causes into our daily, ongoing operations. Every month, Daniel & Henry makes a donation to at least one not-for-profit client. Employees make donations through payroll deduction and every dollar donated is matched by D&H.

The Jeans BeCause program started in an era when there were more three-piece suits in the office than athleisure. Contributions used to earn employees a casual “Jeans BeCause” day. Every day is casual now, but the name stuck. Good causes and helping our neighbors never go out of style.

Our January recipient was Affinia Healthcare. Affinia Healthcare is specifically focused on addressing:
- Improved and continued access to preventive and primary care for underserved and high-risk populations
- Reducing food insecurity & promoting healthy nutrition
- Expanding behavioral and mental health access
- Enhancing senior health, independence and caregiver support
- Strengthening chronic disease management
- And other healthcare gaps for vulnerable individuals in our community such as pregnant women, children, veterans and the unhoused.

Our February Jeans BeCause recipient is Affinia Healthcare. For more than 100 years, Affinia Healthcare has been providing primary and preventive health services to the residents of St. Louis. Their fundamental goal is to ensure our neighbors a balanced, healthy future and access to quality care. Affinia is a federally qualified health center, 501 (c) non-profit, FTCA deemed, and is accredited through The Joint Commission and NCQA organizations.
