We are finally approaching the finish line on this Dogtown rehab....we have faced nearly every issue you can imagine; from crews missing in action, to sewer replacement, rotting joists, water service up grades and so much more. But we we are fighters 💪 and don’t stop until it’s completed!

The good thing is whoever buys this house is pretty much getting a brand new house, since just about everything minus the framing and foundation is new. 🤟

The crew putting the finishing touches on the exterior...shutters going up, landscaping soon, staining the rustic wood wrapped header and more. 💯

Construction quality is the utmost important during rehab...... when one of our installers does not meet our quality standards like in this case, they had to remove the tile backsplash and reinstall correctly. 🧐
