At that point, the “Mortgage Advising” becomes even more important. Today is a good reminder that a few simple habits can make a huge difference.

Test your smoke alarms. Check your fire extinguishers. Have a plan for getting out. And make sure everyone in the house knows where to go if the alarm goes off.

Because when it comes to fire safety, “we’ll figure it out if something happens” is not exactly a great plan. 😬
