I was referred to Guild mortgage and Scott by our excellent realtor Lance Applebee. The whole process was quick and convenient. The pre-approval came quickly and allowed us to hunt for the house we wanted with maximum flexibility. Scott helped us balance month costs with plenty of options. Next time I buy a home I will definitely use Scott and Guild Mortgage again.
