Delmar Mortgage is the second oldest privately owned mortgage company in the St. In 2005, Delmar was purchased by Matt Levison, grandson of Saul Mirowitz, and by Keith Maddox, former VP of Operations of Delmar Financial. Under Matt and Keith’s leadership, Delmar was named one of St. Louis Business Journal. Matt is now joined by co-owners Henry Levison and Todd Solomon. Although much has changed since 1966, Delmar Mortgage's dedication to customer service has never wavered. 60 years of Delmar is a story of our people.

During a celebratory toast at our 60th Anniversary Open House, Delmar President Matt Levison reflected on our history, from our founding in 1966 by his grandfather and great-uncle to the people who continue to shape our company today.
As Matt shared, we wouldn't be here without our employees, clients, and referral partners. You are all part of our story, and we're grateful to celebrate this milestone with you.
