The ideal candidate is well organized, is comfortable multitasking, can operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to learn new things. Computer skills are necessary.
Duties include primarily in-office work:
◾️ Opening and organizing mail,
◾️ Managing payment of some bills,
◾️ Ordering supplies,
◾️️ Operating as a liaison between Yavitz Insurance Group and our offsite bookkeeper - e.g., downloading and sending data, etc.
◾️️ Assisting with appointments
◾️️ Assisting with phone calls
This position offers a flexible schedule of 2 to 3 days per week. There is great opportunity to learn about the insurance business, as well as the potential for full-time employment.
Pay is competitive, based upon skills and experience, with a pay increase upon the successful completion of the probationary period.
