Long time no chat... but I have been hearing from a lot of you... trust me, we all want to get back to meeting in person, however...until then...

Unfortunately, this pandemic has started to affect a lot of us...

PROFESSIONAL TENANTS are having a field day with this temporary stay of evictions.

SO, what do we do?

Let's meet online to discuss:

Can you still evict people?
Are the courts open?
What kinds of evictions are successful now?
Government rental assistance-how does this work?
The CDC order halting evictions until the end of the year-is this really a thing?
Mediating with tenants

This is getting pretty serious for a lot of rental property owners, and even if it isn't affecting you yet, it's good to be in the know in case something comes up.

Hello SSIC,

Roberto Reyes is in need of someone that can install a mini-split. He purchased a Mr. Cool Mini-Split but needs someone that knows HVAC and knows enough about these systems to install. They are supposed to be DIY installs but he said that he knows they can be tricky and has not had luck finding someone who knows how to install them. If you have any recommendations please let him know. Thank you kindly!
