Honored. Grateful. Inspired.

This week, I had the privilege of serving as a Visiting Vet at Home Office, helping coach and mentor new Financial Advisors before they begin their journeys in offices throughout the country.
While the schedule was demanding, with three 12-hour days and an additional half day of training, the experience was incredibly rewarding. The opportunity to share lessons learned, answer questions, and help prepare these advisors for success is one I don't take lightly.
What impressed me most was the talent, determination, and passion of this incoming class. I have no doubt they will accomplish great things and positively impact countless lives in the years ahead.
The experience also gave me a chance to reflect on my own journey. I wouldn't be where I am today without my Vet, the incredible mentors, leaders, and colleagues who invested their time, knowledge, and encouragement in me along the way. In particular, I'm grateful for the example set by the "Vets" who helped guide and develop me early in my career. Being able to pay that forward and contribute to the growth of the next generation of advisors is both a responsibility and an honor.
Thank you for the opportunity to be part of such an important program. I leave this week energized, inspired, and excited to watch this group make their mark in offices across the country. The future is bright, and it's in very good hands.

This is my son with a very Rich guy!

I have no idea what his bank account looks like, if he has an emergency fund, or even what his 401K looks like. I do know he is rich though!
I'll explain, we had the opportunity to go on a real fishing excursion during our family vacation. His name is Neal, and the reason I know he is rich is because while on the trip we were talking to Neal he told us how much he loved his "job" and I asked him what he did on his days off and he said "actually this!" So if you ever find yourself chasing something just to be "rich" one thing I've learned working with great people over the years is that to be "rich" it's more than just numbers on a statement!
