Congratulations to Northside Community Housing, Inc. and its community partners on the ribbon-cutting and completion of Generations JVL! 🎉🏠
Located in St. Louis' historic Jeff-Vander-Lou neighborhood, this meaningful development includes six new affordable single-family homes thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of multigenerational families.
Generations JVL was developed by Northside Community Housing, Inc., a nonprofit community development organization committed to creating high-quality, affordable housing for low- and moderate-income residents while helping revitalize North St. Louis communities. The project was brought to life through collaboration with Rise Community Development, Sterling Bank, Hill & Son's Contracting, HT Design, the City of St. Louis, and many other dedicated community partners.
We are grateful to have played a role in supporting this project and proud to work alongside organizations investing in quality housing, neighborhood stability, and stronger communities.
