Buying another rental is easy to talk about. Being financially prepared to own it is what matters.

Before scaling, I look at liquidity, reserves for vacancies and unexpected expenses, outside income, entity structure, and most importantly, the bigger financial picture.

Where are you today? Where are you trying to go? And can your finances support the path between the two?

Successful investing isn’t just about acquiring more properties. It’s about building a portfolio you can actually sustain.
