September is Healthy Aging month! And I am BEYOND grateful for the people who show me what that looks like - especially, my grandparents! 🥰

My grandfather lived to almost NINETY!!! He is the man who raised me, took me to every track meet, (tried to) video every basketball game, told the same (sometimes made-up) stories enough times I could tell them myself! I look back in gratitude for all of the life lessons he taught me by just being himself.

And my Granny. The woman, the myth, the legend! She is the very definition of love and generosity - no matter how many times I yell at her now to just be selfish for once!! 🤪

Healthy aging can look a lot of ways, but I sure hope my story looks a heckuva lot like theirs!

Watching women's sports finally get the respect it deserves has been AHHHH-mazing, especially since I get to watch my own girls do what they love!!!🏃🏾‍♀️⚽ Growing up, I never really saw a career as a pro athlete as something women actually got to do. The Olympics came around every four years and that was kind of it. Now there are nearly a DOZEN professional women's leagues inspiring millions of young girls every single day, and for a lot of them, that inspiration comes with real NIL opportunities too.

My passion is talking about what comes next! Because that income, whatever it looks like for your athlete, is worth having a real plan for.
