We had originally planned on getting our loan through a small local bank due to slightly better rates but when considering the customer service and 14 day turnaround on underwriting, neighborhood loans was the far better option. Brian was extremely helpful in answering questions, being available when needed, and being super responsive and fast. We will be using him in our future home needs.
