At our Maximus Self Storage - Dade City, FL location, we offer premium indoor air-conditioned storage. We also offer covered RV/Boat storage and enclosed, air-conditioned RV/Boat storage. We also carry

a wide variety of boxes and packaging supplies. The site is fully fenced and gated with an electronic access gate. There is also high-quality video surveillance throughout the site.

There was a suspected fire near Maximus Kimball location on Wadhams. First Responders arrived, inspected the entire site and all is clear, no fire. There was a resident nearby having a burn pile and smoke drifted by our facility making it look like it was from there. Once again everything is safe and secure at Maximus. We greatly appreciate all the first responders, their quick response time, and thorough site inspection.

It's a beautiful facility, like I know it's for storage, but it is well maintained, the lobby is warm and inviting as well as the staff, and it's very clean!

We will be holding auctions this Saturday, May 10 at our St. Clair and Kimball locations.
The St. Clair auction will be at 10:00am at 1075 S. Range Rd., St. Clair, MI 48079.
The Kimball auction will be held at 11:00am at 1055 Wadhams Rd., Kimball Twp., MI 48074.
Come find last minute Mother's Day Gifts!
Both of the auctions are cash only. Bidding will be on entire contents of the unit. All items must be removed, and no usage of our dumpster, by 5:00pm on Monday, May 12.
Currently there are 4 units at the St. Clair location and 3 units at Kimball.
