So I get a call from a client at 1pm on Monday. Their credit union didn’t like the sellers Title company so they denied their loan. Al to the rescue! Docs collected, file uploaded and docs out yesterday to get the loan going. Submit to underwriting earlier today and get my conditional approval same day. 48 hours later and we are all happy campers My clients have no more stress. Next up, closing day. I love my job.
