This is a 1099 contractor position offering approximately 15 to 20 hours per week, usually about 4 to 5 hours per day. Most properties are located within about five miles of the St. Louis airport.

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼:

- Has hands on painting or construction experience
- Has reliable transportation
- Owns basic tools
- Is dependable and able to work independently
- Has a flexible weekday schedule

This could also be a great fit for a responsible high school or college student looking for flexible part time work and hands on experience.

Another successful closing in the books.

We are excited to celebrate the sale of our flip at 8221 Toddy, which officially closed on July 22nd. A quick turnaround like this takes a great team, and we're grateful for everyone who helped make it happen!

This past Saturday, friends and partners with Blessings To Others went to work to make a difference at 9915 Breckenridge as the second of 2 workdays we had.

We are so thankful for everyone who came out to bless others by making a difference in this property and for the family connected to it. Throughout the day, volunteers worked together on exterior repairs, siding updates, fence work, cleanup, and property improvements that made a huge impact in just a few short hours!

Thank you again to everyone who gave their time, energy, tools, and encouragement. Stay up to date on our page for future opportunities to serve and make a difference!

Friends, the time is almost come. We are having another workday on June 27th and we would love to see you there to help us make a difference in the lives of this family!

Our last workday was incredible! About 14 volunteers came out ready to serve and the amount of work completed in just a few hours was amazing!

The entire yard was cleaned up, the old fence was removed, and brand new siding was installed on the front and side of the house. The transformation has already been huge and we are so thankful for every person who gave their time and energy to help make it happen!

Now we are ready for the next phase of the project!

On June 27th we will:
• Paint the new siding
• Put the fence back in place
• Finish more cleanup and yard work in the back

This is such a great opportunity to serve alongside others and help create a safe and beautiful home for a family in need. Whether you have construction experience or just a willing heart, we would love to have you join us!

What an incredible day of serving at 9915 Breckenridge this past Saturday!

We are so thankful for everyone who came out to help during our Blessings to Others workday on June 6th. About 14 amazing volunteers showed up ready to work and made a huge impact in just a few hours!

Together, we completely cleaned up the yard, removed the fence, installed new siding on the front and side of the house, and made major progress toward getting this home ready for a family in need. Seeing people come together to serve with such generosity and heart was truly encouraging.
This project would not move forward without people like you giving your time, energy, and support!

We are getting ready for our next workday on Saturday, June 27th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the same location, 9915 Breckenridge.

On the 27th, we plan to paint the new siding, put the fence back in place, finish additional yard cleanup in the back, and more!

We would love to have more helping hands join us. Whether you can stay the whole time or just stop by for a little while, your help matters.

Be apart of our community service day in support of Blessings to Others (BTO), our nonprofit dedicated to providing homes for those in need. We will be working on exterior home and yard improvements including siding replacement, fence repair, yard cleanup, and adding mulch chips to the backyard to help improve the property and reduce long term costs.
