Our Loan Officers will be responsible for all aspects of originating and negotiating mortgage loans, as well as advising and counseling our customers on available loan options. Responsibilities
• Convert any (these are minimal) company provided leads (generated by the company and other sources) into personal appointments with the potential customers.
• Collect and analyze clients' financial information.
• Compare and evaluate possible mortgage loan products, develop solutions and will decide which products to recommend to customers that will best meet their needs and financial circumstances.
• Loan Officers are held accountable for fraud prevention, ensuring Executive Lending Group meets high reporting and ethical work standards for all investors.

Skill Requirements
• Self-motivated, self-starter, driven to succeed.
• Excellent and productive communication skills.
• Must have strong math skills, computer skills and understanding of financial transactions.

Education and Experience:
• 1 year or more of sales experience preferred.
• Appropriate originator license (maybe be obtained after interview)
