Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative based in St. Charles, MO. You will be responsible for assisting clients with inquiries, ensuring their satisfaction, resolving customer issues, and promoting positive customer experiences. Core responsibilities include providing excellent customer support, addressing concerns in a professional manner, maintaining client records, and aiding in the improvement of customer service processes.

● Warm Client Engagement: Serve as the friendly, conversational face and voice of our team, answering inbound calls and instantly putting clients at ease.

● Patient Client Education: Take the time to truly listen to client stories, answer questions thoroughly, and help them understand how they are protected.

● Systematic Data Support: Learn to safely navigate insurance systems and accurately input client details into our databases without feeling rushed.

● Collaborative Renewal Support: Work alongside our advisors on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Qualifications

✅Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and handling Customer Satisfaction tasks

✅Familiarity with enhancing Customer Experience and maintaining high standards of client engagement

✅Strong interpersonal and communication skills

✅Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

✅Attention to detail and proficiency in using customer service management tools

✅Prior experience with insurance or related industries is a plus but not necessary

✅High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus

You’re probably shopping your home insurance the wrong way.

Most people compare policies using the declarations page.

That’s a problem.

Because the dec page only shows surface-level numbers:
• dwelling coverage
• personal property
• liability limits
• deductibles

What it DOESN’T show:
• exclusions
• endorsements
• limitations
• named peril vs. all peril coverage
• hidden gaps in the policy

Two home insurance policies can look almost identical on paper… and still protect you very differently.

One policy may only cover specifically named losses.

Another may cover virtually everything unless specifically excluded.

That’s a massive difference.

This Memorial Day, we remember and honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for this country and the freedoms we enjoy every day.

Matching siding and roof coverage sounds amazing on paper.

One side of your home gets damaged… insurance replaces the other sides so everything matches.

But here’s the question almost nobody asks:

Is it worth turning a smaller claim into a much larger one?

Every claim you make goes on your insurance history.

And right now, insurance carriers are tightening up hard.

Most companies look back 5–7 years at claim history, and they’re paying very close attention to frequency, not just severity.

After running a full replacement cost estimate on the home, we uncovered something alarming.
