We did have one issue that created some discomfort for her and us, which we easily worked out. We were thankful that she was compassionate and understood why we raised that issue, was professional in her handling of that for us, and we maintained a great working relationship after that issue was resolved. We did have quite the time crunch to close, and Cassidy was clear about what need to be done and kept us on track.
