Meet Caitlin!

Caitlin started her career in customer service, but has since moved to lending with 417 Home Loans. Her customer service experience allows her to anticipate the needs of her clients to find the right program for their situation. In her spare time, Caitlin runs a hobby farm with her husband and two stepkids, their four dogs, and a myriad of other animals. She loves to be outdoors - mostly riding the trails on her horse or attending chuckwagon races.

Meet Christian!

Christian has been in the mortgage industry since 2016. As a Missouri native, he understands the importance of having local knowledge in the homebuying process. Christian is a big supporter of the troops, so working with VA borrowers is a very rewarding experience for him. He strives to give each of his clients the best experience in their homebuying process. Working one-on-one with a local, experienced lender backed by knowledgeable staff handling loans from start to finish is crucial. In-house processing and underwriting allows Christian to better serve clients and help to make the process as smooth as possible.

In his free time, Christian enjoys fishing and watching sports. He is a proud parent to an active son that competes in a variety of sports.

Here’s Christina!

Christina is a Springfield native who has found her passion for the past 15 years in helping people purchase their dream home. She believes in going the extra mile for her clients while educating and supporting them along the way. Christina is also heavily involved in her community - she is very involved in the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and was named Affiliate of the Year 2022 and a Springfield Black Tie committee member.
Christina believes in being an ally and advocate for all by spreading positivity and being the change.
When she’s not working, Christina loves to spend time shopping with her mom and hanging poolside with her husband and two dogs, Dio and Dolly Parton. Christina loves to cook and when she’s not, you can find her trying new crazy workouts, from aerial yoga to bungee fitness! Christina loves to have fun and tries to bring a little sparkle into everything she does.

Here’s Jennifer Cook!

Jennifer was born and raised in the heart of the Ozarks. She started in the industry with consumer loans in 1997 and worked her way through many facets of the business. Jennifer then moved into originating home loans with Wells Fargo in the early 2000’s. She was there for over ten years and received many awards for her commitment to customer service and quality loans. Jennifer served as the Treasurer for the Springfield Women’s Council of Realtors chapter in 2016 and was the Secretary for 2017. She currently serves on the Board for The Killuminati Foundation. Jennifer married her husband Charlie in 2019. She has two beautiful daughters, Jessica and Bailey, and adorable grandson, Jaxon. He is the love of her life and calls her GaGa! She loves the beautiful state of Missouri and enjoys its natural wonders. Jennifer is a die-hard Kansas City Chiefs fan. If you see her on Friday during football season, she is always wearing Chiefs red. Go Chiefs!
