It has been an extremely long and hard day for many in the Springfield /Chatham area. The city and many local businesses are doing a great job cleaning up and helping those who need it. Despite having no
power for most of the day and thanks my incredible team, we have talked to or called back every single client who reached out to us regarding possible claim damages.

I will be in the office extremely early tomorrow and ready to chat for those who need guidance. If you need any help or have any questions about damage, situations/scenarios, or just need to know the next steps in the clean up, call, text, email, or message me or my office

As a reminder, never ever use someone who is going door to door , someone out of town, who wants to look at your roof or other damage aka storm chasers. Always use local and licensed /trusted contractors, roofers, fence, trees service companies with good reviews and background. Stay safe !

I wanted to reach to all our friends, family, and clients regarding this very bad storm. We really hope no one is injured. As long as you are not injured, remember this is why you have insurance , and damage will be fixed and items can be replaced. PLEASE reach out if you need questions answered. If it is not serious , please consider waiting a day or so to asses the damage to give the resources to those who have more serious damage. We are and will reach out to every single person who calls, emails, or texts. You do not have to file the claim today if you are unsure about putting in a claim, call your agent!

As a reminder, do not let anyone who is going door-to “-door and knocking on your door about possible storm damage . DO NOT let them on your roof or sign a contract. These are called “ Storm Chasers “ and we highly suggest you reach out to your local agent to discuss the next steps. If you feel you truly have substantial storm damage, you need should contact a local and reputable roofing company, not someone knocking on your door. I repeat, gather the info and check with your insurance agent, do not let them on your roof and do not sign a contract .

Get referrals from friends, and then get estimates. I repeat, do not use people who are going door to door.
