I want to THANK everyone for your patience and understanding over the past few days. There has been a lot going on and we appreciate you!
Here we go: Our State Farm Customer Care Site location is ready to be announced: 1831 W. Kearney St Springfield, MO 65803-intersection of Kearney and Kansas Expressway-parking lot just west of Hobby Lobby. Construction has begun today. The first appointments will start next week. When complete it will handle 110 appointments per day.
Appointments are required and will be set up during the initial claim contact call. The claim office will first send you a text and then call. Several auto claim inspection options will exist-you can select which option is best for you. My concern is policyholders will just drive in without an appointment and not get the experience we want you to have.
The fastest and most efficient option will be a virtual appointment. These will streamline total loss vehicles and help manage local body shop volume. Select Service Body Shops appointments will eventually open back up plus the drive in Customer Care Site on Kearney St-you pick what is best for you.
State Farm has called in an additional 266 claim representatives, 28 claim management, 45 virtual claim reps plus the existing local claim teams. It is a very impressive group here to help us!
