The NCEU is raffling off two tickets Celtics tickets. The Celtics will be playing the Phoenix Suns at 7:30 p.m. on January 9, 2013. You must be a member to win.

The NCEU will also be issuing a check in the amount of $100 to defray the cost of parking, food and drinks at the game.
