I have seen quite a few comments with people saying they are going to wait until interest rates drop before they buy a house.

Most people don't know that in 1971 the interest rate went above 7% and didn't go below for 30 years! 😲
Rates maxed out in 1981 at 18.63%.

Times were obviously different then and we were in a major recession due to oil but one thing in common is super high inflation.

Can I guarantee rates won't go below 7%, Of course not, but why take the chance of waiting 30 years to buy a house and build wealth?
