Cleared once. Prosecuted again. Cleared twice. 🇺🇸

An officer involved in an on-duty shooting was initially cleared, only to face a reopened prosecution and a legal battle that lasted nearly three years.

Through it all, the Fraternal Order of Police Legal Defense Plan was there—providing the legal representation and resources needed to fight the case. Ultimately, the charges were dismissed and the officer returned to active duty.

The estimated legal costs: $390,000.
