Wild Weather Again in Southwest Missouri!

Another round of wild weather is sweeping through Southwest Missouri! If you’ve been affected, there are a couple of important things to keep in mind before jumping into the claims process.

First: If you suspect storm damage but aren’t sure how much, always reach out to me or a trusted, reputable contractor for a free inspection or estimate. This can save you from filing a claim unnecessarily.

Why does that matter? Because if your damage doesn’t exceed your deductible, your insurance won’t pay out—and you’ll still have a claim on your record. Not fun, and not worth the hassle!

Today marks the 10 year anniversary of starting at Liberty Mutual which is now called Comparion Insurance Agency. I can’t believe how fast the last 10 years has flown by. In a world where people bounce around to difference companies and careers, I take pride in that 10 year number.

I appreciate this company more everyday. They care about their policyholders and employees as they are constantly adapting and taking steps to do what is best for all.

I remember being scared 10 years ago. I had been taught that the other company I spent 5 years with was the best in all ways and I was afraid to go elsewhere. I soon found out the grass actually was greener on the other side and I have never regretted that move.

Thank you to the many friends I’ve made along the way by way of becoming clients, colleagues, and referral partners. I’m looking forward to many more years with all of you.
