• Your current plan information
• Any notices you receive in the mail
• A current list of medications and dosages
• Your preferred pharmacy
• A list of your doctors and specialists

This does not mean you need to make a change. It simply helps you be prepared to review your coverage and make an informed decision.

🔥 FIRE PREVENTION WEEK!

This week, the F&M Insurance Agency will be spending time with Springfield Public 4th graders teaching them about the importance of fire prevention, hold a poster coloring contest, and end the week with a Fire Department visit + fire truck rides! 🔥
