Today we are helping a couple pay off a big home improvement project, finish another, and clear well over $40k in credit card debt—all using a portion of equity. Their WHOLE HOUSE APR went down CONSIDERABLY in the process! The key was our ability to analyze their income in a different way, increasing their allowable income by close to 30%.

If you have 800 credit, 20% down & make the same amount you pay taxes on, walk into any bank in the US & tell them you want to buy a house. If you don't meet all those criteria, we should talk.
