As we prepare for this exciting new chapter, we want to share a few important dates and service updates related to our upcoming conversion to Uplift Bank.

📅 October 23: Beginning at 3:00 PM, all branches will close and online & mobile banking will no longer be available as we begin preparing our systems for conversion weekend.
📅 October 24: All branches will remain closed as our teams work behind the scenes to complete the conversion.
📅 October 26: We will officially be Uplift Bank! All branches will reopen with normal hours. You may begin using your new Uplift Bank debit cards and safely dispose of your previous cards. You may log in or enroll in online & mobile banking with Uplift Bank. Please reference your Conversion Guide in the mail for instructions.

We have been made aware of fraudulent phone calls in which scammers are claiming to be representatives of Legacy Bank. In some cases, these callers may use technology to “spoof” phone numbers, making it appear that the call is coming from a legitimate source—even our bank’s phone number.

Please remember:

✅ Always verify who you are speaking with before sharing any personal or financial information.

✅ If you receive a call claiming to be from our bank and are unsure, hang up and call us back using a known phone number, such as the number listed on our website, or a recent bank statement.

✅ We will never call you and ask for information we should already have on file, such as:
• Social Security Number
• Full account number
• Debit card number
• Online banking credentials
• Phone number or other personal information

Protect yourself by staying cautious and taking a moment to verify before you share any information. If you have any concerns about a call you receive, please contact us directly.
