Springfield State Bank wants to make our community aware of an increase in phone call impersonation scams targeting customers.
Scammers may pretend to be from our bank, using caller ID spoofing to make it look like the call is legitimate. They may claim there’s suspicious activity on your account and ask for sensitive information.
👉 Remember: Springfield State Bank will NEVER ask you for
• Your full debit/credit card number or bank account number
• Your online banking password
• One-time passcodes or PINs
• Secure account verification codes over the phone
🚫 If you receive a suspicious call:
• Hang up immediately
• Do NOT provide any personal or financial information

Please be advised that the drive-thru lanes at our Main Branch (125 E. Main St.) will be closed to vehicle traffic tomorrow, Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25, due to sidewalk renovations.

🚶 Walk-ups Welcome: We are still here for you! The lanes remain open for walk-up service at the window. Our lobby will also remain open during regular business hours to assist you.
