This morning, our office lines began porting to our new service provider which has resulted in down time. We are receiving voicemails but the lines do not work yet.

The office will be closed for Thanksgiving, November 27th and 28th, to spend time with family and friends. We will resume normal office hours Monday, December 1st, 9 A.M. - 6 P.M.

The office phone lines and internet are down and have been down. If you've experienced storm damage and it is an emergency you can file your claim on the Shelter Insurance app or call 1-800-SHELTER. As soon as the office issues are resolved we will be available and looking forward to helping!
