Well it appears the Clinic and Blue Cross did not fully work this out. Only a few plan designs and not the ones most people have. Makes sense as the Clinic is marketing their own health plan.

Stay on point with your heart health. Spfld Clinic offers a CT Calcium score (scan) to detect plaque in your heart and its arteries. Its $100 and not covered by health insurance. It's only $40 or so at St Marys in Decatur. In and out in 20 min, non invasive and much better information than a treadmill stress test. Tell your doctor the CPT code is C75571. If you're over 50, you should consider getting one just to have a basline.
