State Farm has had over 14,000 claims turned in from the April 28 storm. The State Farm claims team is set up on the King Shopper parking lot just west of Hobby Lobby. With a setup that can handle hurricane-level winds, they're still processing claims no matter the weather! Appointments are still being scheduled, and we really appreciate your patience while they work to take care of everyone!

State Farm is in the process of setting up a Customer Care Site. It will be located at 1831 W. Kearney, in the parking lot just west of Hobby Lobby. We ask that you have a scheduled appointment before arriving.

Appointments will begin next week as soon as we get approval from the Fire Marshall. For updates on your claim status, you can utilize the State Farm app or call my office for assistance

As a reminder:
* Virtual appointments will be the preferred method of estimating Auto claims. This will help identify vehicles that will be a total loss more quickly and increase efficiency with the local body shops. If that’s unavailable for you, we will soon have the ability to schedule a drive in appointment at the Customer Car Site.

* We have several Claim Adjusters in town and more on the way to inspect your Homeowner claims. In order for an Adjuster to see your home, we must have a claim already filed.

If you are needing to file a claim and haven’t done so yet, you have several options. The State Farm app is a great tool to utilize for filing hail claims for your home or auto. You can also file online at StateFarm.com or call our toll free number at 800-SF-CLAIM (732-5246). And as always, you can call my office at 417-882-1409 to file a claim or ask any questions.
