Your clients trust you with their most important things — never take that lightly

RULE #3: Never admit fault at an accident scene — to anyone
RULE #4: Document everything BEFORE you need to — home video, receipts, photos
RULE #5: Cheap coverage now = expensive problems later
RULE #6: Your policy should grow with your life — update it after every major change
