Get to Know Your Lender 🚣 What is a fun fact about yourself or something you enjoy doing?

Courtney: I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s going to the lake, hiking, floating, or working in the garden. A fun fact about me: I was born on Leap Day, so I’ve only had 8 official birthdays! When a real one comes around, I make sure to celebrate in a big way. My kids get a kick out of saying they’re “older” than me! I’m also a proud Missouri State alum and played volleyball during my time there.

The best advice I’ve received is have a reputation for honesty, integrity, and being transparent. This creates long term relationships. Take the time to break down the fees, timelines, and expectations. This allows clients to make an informed decision for their future even if it means not right now.

"I previously worked in cardiology for 7 years. I got into this industry because I have always had a passion for finance. With homeownership being one of the biggest decisions in someone's life, I love walking them through the steps of getting into a great financial position and reaching their goal of owning and investing in their future! Lending has given me many opportunities and relationships that I am so thankful for."
