Interestingly enough, legislation introduced earlier this year in Ohio (HB 755) would create a pathway for plug-in solar panels similar to those already being approved in several other states. While it's still very early in the legislative process, it will be interesting to see whether Ohio eventually joins that list.

Plug-in solar has long been popular in Europe, but rising energy costs and a raft of new state laws are boosting its popularity in the U.S.
