The Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager supports clients with their personal insurance needs, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and recreational vehicle policies. Training will be provided.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, and policy transactions.
• Obtain quotes and policy information from insurance carriers.
• Reviewed policies for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain accurate client records.
• Support producers and senior account managers.
• Build strong client relationships through excellent client service.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Required:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred:
• Previous customer service or administrative experience.
• Property & Casualty License or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
