We’re hiring a full-time Medicare Agent in Training to join our local, independent insurance agency.
This is an in-office role based in Springdale, AR, focused on supporting Medicare clients and licensed agents while building toward a future role as a licensed Medicare advisor. The position starts in a support-heavy capacity and transitions into a hybrid support and sales role over time, with full advisor responsibilities developing as training progress (typically 12–18 months). Current health license is preferred but not required.
