Job Title: Licensed Adjuster/Inspector (Appraisal & Independent Expert)

We are seeking licensed adjusters/inspectors to join our team in Houston, TX. This position involves performing appraisal inspections and acting as an independent expert on various projects. If you have experience as a licensed adjuster and are familiar with property claims, especially with past experience and current proficiency in Xactimate software, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct appraisal inspections for residential and commercial properties.
Provide independent expert assessments on property damages.
Collaborate with our internal team to create accurate, detailed reports.
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients professionally.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed adjuster in the state of Texas.
Previous experience in property inspections or as an independent expert is preferred.
Past experience with Xactimate software and an active Xactimate subscription is required.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Reliable transportation to travel to various inspection sites in the Houston area.
