Sitting down with buyers, walking through the home buying process, answering the questions that have been sitting in the back of their minds, and helping them figure out what getting prequalified actually looks like for them.

You don’t have to know everything about buying a home before you start. That’s what I’m here for.

Your offer was accepted!! 🎉 Now what?

There are quite a few things happening behind the scenes between “offer accepted” and getting those keys in your hand, and one of them is making sure the home has a clear title.

A title search looks for things tied to the property that could cause an issue with ownership, like unpaid taxes, liens, or previous claims.

Most buyers never have to think twice about it, and that’s kind of the point. There’s a whole team working through these details before closing so you don’t have to figure them out on your own.

Getting an offer accepted is exciting. Making sure everything is ready for you to officially call that house yours is just as important. 🏡🤍

I LOVE my new mailbox! 📫💌

Thank you, Jon Anderson, for seeing my vision and bringing it to life. It turned out exactly like I pictured it!

And thank you, Tony Baker, for the beautiful mums! 🍁🍂 They are the perfect finishing touch.

Now I need a little help from ALL of you. 😂

I love these pretty flowers, and I would really love for them to STAY pretty. But if you know me, you already know there is a very good chance I’m going to forget to water them. 🤦‍♀️😂

So… if you’re driving down Smith and happen to have a couple water bottles rolling around in your car, feel free to stop and give my mums a drink! 💦🌼

And if you don’t have water but notice they’re looking a little neglected… SEND ME A DM! 😂 Apparently it takes a village to keep flowers alive.
