Attn Realtors, with the rates continuisly going up please educate your sellers on seller concessions and buy down points for the buyers. There are a few ways this can be done, but most buyers right now are struggling to get a pre-approval with the rates, and their debt-to-income ratio, so buying down the points is really helping. Sellers have to be educated when contracts come over asking for seller concessions and it can be over your typical amount you use to see.

They need help with closing costs and then on top of that they are needing help to buy down the rate which is not cheap, in order to qualify. If you want MORE BUYERS to get qualified this is what needs to happen! More buyers means more business, means more closings means more people in a home!

Excited to announce that I have joined forces with E-Loans Mortgage. Anyone who had my old company email please remove it. This happen so fast and the last week has been whirlwind. I’m so thankful to have my families support, the support of my partners, and the support of E-Loans during this transition. It is never easy in this business but I believe when one door closes and another door opens it is a blessing. Im right back where I belong and it feels like home! This is why I do what I do! This couple worked with someone else since August lost all hope and came to me the very end of October and was able to get them clear to close in less then 3 weeks. This couple will have a special place in my heart always!
