Proud to reflect on an incredible Eastern Washington General Office Mid-Year Kickoff that we held two weeks ago in beautiful Lake Chelan.

Over the course of a few days, we had the opportunity to celebrate accomplishments, learn from outstanding speakers, and challenge ourselves to think differently about how we lead, serve our clients, and continue growing our business. The insights shared were impactful, practical, and inspiring.

Of course, it wasn't all work. We also enjoyed some well-earned time together on the lake, strengthening relationships and creating memories that make our team so special.

I'm grateful to everyone who helped make this event such a success. As we head into the second half of the year, I'm excited about the momentum we've built and even more excited about what we can accomplish together.

Here's to finishing the year strong! 💪

As the father of a special needs child, causes like this are deeply personal to me.

I've experienced firsthand the challenges, uncertainties, and emotions that families can face when navigating developmental needs. I've also seen the incredible impact that therapists, educators, and support organizations can have—not just on a child, but on an entire family.

That's why last week was especially meaningful.

My team and I had the privilege of presenting a grant from the New York Life Foundation to Joya Child & Family Development in Spokane.

Joya provides early intervention services for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and disabilities, helping children from birth to age three receive the support they need during some of the most important years of development. Their work empowers children to reach their full potential while providing families with guidance, resources, and hope along the way.

One of the things I'm most proud of about being part of New York Life is the opportunity to partner with the New York Life Foundation, which has contributed hundreds of millions of dollars to nonprofit organizations focused on strengthening families and communities across the country.

Organizations like Joya are changing lives every day, and it was an honor to support their mission and meet some of the incredible people behind their work.

To the team at Joya: thank you for everything you do for children and families in our community. Your impact extends far beyond the services you provide.
