Good morning to everyone. I have not posted anything about the fires in Spokane for numerous reasons. However, to all my friends and family, the Beasley's are all safe.

To all my friends, neighbors and customers impacted, my heart goes out to you. Please know that I understand what you are dealing with as my family has also been displaced from our home due to the level 3 evacuation since Saturday afternoon.

If you have Homeowners or Renters Insurance, there may be coverage. I say "may" because every company is a little different with how they handle fires. Before filing a claim, reach out to your insurance company and ask questions. We, as Insurance Agents, are here to help in these types of situations.

No matter the company, this process is not an easy one and will take patience for all involved. In most situations, your chosen deductible will apply. So consider that before filing a claim.

Specifically to my State Farm customers, please do not hesitate to give me or my office a call (509-315-8769) to discuss the details of your policy. My entire team is ready to help answers questions and provide assistance as best we can.
