It is shocking to hear that most 1st Time Home Buyers feel they need to be a 760 Credit Score and have 20% Down Payment to buy their 1st home. Almost 2/3's of the people surveyed responded yes to these requirements.

This is simply NOT True. If you need a plan and someone to help guide you through the approval process, please call me anytime. We have several options that require ZERO Down Payment, Lower Credit Scores and even loan options to roll in closing costs!
