Sorta got these two working. SR25 is in a usable state (but every time you shoot it, it sounds like you put a fork down the garbage disposal) and the 416 upper and lower just dont want to mesh together completely, so the body pin wont go in. But it shoots, and shoots well. Very confused on both of these as I have spent the last two days trying to fix both issues, but have given up. I think the SR25 just needs new gears and bushings (stock sector and bushings) but the 416 I have no clue why it wont go together. I had this issue when replacing the inner barrel when i first got it, but that was solved with elbow grease

I got my two guns working again today. All i had to do was replace the nozzle on the AK and put in a new ARL on the M4. Need to iron out the smaller details, like finding a new stocl for the M4 and fixing the drum mag to feed the AK (works with midcaps so i think i might try a 9v battery first).

M4 is 9t SP170 (1.5J expected)
And AK is 8t SP160 (1.3J expected)

After not getting any warranty claims for almost 3 years, I finally have to send a replacement to someone this week. In those 3 years, I've shipped 200 units to Brill. Honestly, I might have had one in 2017, but I can't really recall so I'm going to say I've gone 3 years without one :p BUT maybe I'm wrong? Just seems *too* good to be true. Even though I don't make units anymore, it's still crazy people send me messages asking to buy or need help with installations.

Also crazy how much the market changed in those three years. I should have two working DSGs by the end of spring break :)

Been a while since I've posted. Been super busy with school. It's officially been over a year since I've made a hulkfet, so I want to sell some leftover supplies. Will probably never make one again, as brill hasn't sold very many, it's not worth my time to try and create my own shop with it, and I have no desire to.

I have 16 AWG ecowire in white and green, and 22 AWG in violet. Please let me know if you're interested in buying - there should be like 500 feet of wire in each spool. If you're interested, I can try my best to get an accurate measurement of how much wire is left.

I also have various components, such as deans connectors, motor connectors, etc. I think 100-200 deans, and probably a couple hundred motor connectors too. There is also 4mm and 3mm 2:1 shrink tubing, the conformal coating, etc.

ANYWAYS, just leave a comment if you're interested in anything. Not looking to part, so if you're interested in a spool of wire - you're not getting 50 feet. You're getting like 500 feet :P

Not sure if many of my friends remember this one, but it's back. Bought a clone MFT stock and it fits really nice (not really). Parts list includes:

Some gears
A spring
Some wires

If you modify a JG upper M4 hopup, you can get a workong VFC SCAR. Easy as that.

Did some small touchups. I'm honestly only posting this so i feel like i did something today. If nothing elss, please appreciate my pizza rainbow sock in the bottom left. Thanks.

Installed gen 1 siegeteks and the PTS grip into the SR25. Gun sounds horrible. Not whiny, but grindy. But, it always has.
Added a charging handle to the 416, and installed a G&G 35k over the stock VFC motor. Gun is noticeably snappier and doesnt heat up anymore :)
And i changed the outer barrel on the G&P M4, now I just need a stock and it'll be an absolute monster on the field.
And also added a charging handle and rail covers to the ERG.

Uhhh i got a couple guns left to work on and im not sure how the hell im gonna get them done by the end of break lol. Like the DSG gearbox for my M4, the 416 delta, my AK loaner, and AK DSG. Some are easier than others. Oh well.

What a grind. Time for stress testing and packing!

Each of these will be tested with a "standard" upgraded gearbox. Just 18:1 gears, a 14 TPA motor, and a spring that will output at least 1.5J.

That's it for MOSFETs for now. Time to fix some replicas! That can wait for next week while I try and get 99 magic on runescape.

Progress over the past two days:

Got heatshrink over the fets and sealed them.
Prepped the trigger contacts and all the wires for them. Trigger contacts will get wires on them tomorrow, deans will be put on this weekend, and then it's testing and packing.

I never looked at the tracking number and figured since it was the holiday season, I wouldnt see these til next week.

Good news is that theyre black instead of that filthy crimson. These fets are going to look much cleaner!
