Somewhere right now a woman at Fairway is closing a deal, leading a team, mentoring someone newer than her, and probably doing all three before lunch. She is not waiting to be recognized. She never was. But Mortgage Women Magazine named Fairway a 2026 Top Employer for Women and we think she deserves to hear it out loud anyway. This industry is better when women lead in it. Fairway has always believed that and we are going to keep proving it.🩷

The Fed is going to raise rates!
Yea, we know, and the market is expecting it so not much will change.
In fact, they are now expecting to raise rates another four times over the next year. Does this mean that mortgage rates are going to go up? Not necessarily.
Right now, everybody is eyeing oil and the inflationary impacts that expensive oil has on everything in the economy.
