🏡 HIDING FROM HIGH INTEREST RATES? 👀

With interest rates climbing and mortgage applications dropping to levels we haven’t seen since 1995, many buyers are sitting on the sidelines waiting for rates to come down.

But here’s a question worth asking: Is this really the time NOT to buy?

The answer depends on your family’s financial situation and whether you’re ready to buy. Higher interest rates aren’t for everyone, and you should never stretch your budget just to get into a home.

BUT… if you’re financially ready, this market could create some great opportunities for buyers! 💰

Here’s why:
✅ Negotiate a lower purchase price. Sellers may be more willing to work with you when there’s less competition.
✅ Ask the seller to pay your closing costs. Keep more money in your pocket.
✅ Negotiate a seller-paid rate buydown. You could lower your monthly payment for the first couple of years.
✅ Buy now and refinance later. If rates drop in the future, refinancing may be an option, subject to qualifying and market conditions.

Now, I’m not saying every seller is going to accept a lowball offer. 😂 But the worst they can say is NO!

Here’s the thing: When rates eventually come down, more buyers may jump back into the market, increasing competition and potentially pushing prices higher.

Instead of trying to time the market, why not take advantage of the market you have today?
