On September 16th, part of our team and a few clients participated in the Annual Meals on Wheels Cotton Classic! This is something that our team tries to sponsor each year – not only to have fun, but to also help contribute to those in need. 🌟

We just want to give a special shout out to Fortitude's Jeremy Lewis, Ben Chase, Catherine Seylor, and just a few of our great clients – Dee and Jeanette DeLisle, Cherie Gwinn and Erika Zaman. All of you made wonderfully skilled teams!

And a special congratulations to the Women’s Scramble Champs! 🏌🏻‍♀️

February was an incredible month, along with celebrating the work anniversaries of two amazing team members! 🎉✨🥳🎊

Matthew, our Financial Analyst, has now been with our team for 5 years, and we are very grateful he chose us as his work family. He has become an integral part of the team and has achieved and contributed so much behind the scenes when it comes to advisory support and beyond. This is beside the fact Matthew helps keep the office interesting and fun – making sure there is a smile or chuckle happening somewhere! Thank you, Matt, for all of your hard work over the years – our office would not be the same without you.
😁😎

Noelle, our Chief Operations Officer, just celebrated an amazing 14 years with the firm! She has been the backbone of our team and has done an incredible job keeping us on track and moving forward in the right direction. She not only contributes highly to the success of our firm, but she also brings a sense of charm and warmth when she enters a room. We are all so very grateful for the support she gives every team member to ensure each of our successes. We are also grateful she does not plan to go anywhere anytime soon! Thank you, Noelle, for all of your hard work through the years - We love and appreciate you!
😄🤩

Here’s to many more anniversaries to celebrate with both of these awesome team members! ✨⭐✨

Local Charity Highlight!

Jeremy Lewis, Wealth Advisor and CEO of Fortitude Financial, dedicates a percentage of his income to his team for charitable donations every year. We would like to highlight one organization in particular this month, Habitat for Humanity-Spokane.
Fighting hunger, feeding hope: Second Harvest brings community resources together to feed people in need through empowerment, education, and partnerships.
Second Harvest believes that everyone has the right to health, and nutritious food is a key ingredient in the recipe for a healthy life. They envision a world in which every person – regardless of age, race, ability, in come or status – has access to the food they need to live a life full of the activities and people they love. That’s why Second Harvest works hard to get food onto the tables of families, kids and senior facing hunger in our community.
Second Harvest knows there is no “one size fits all” solution to hunger. That’s why they use a variety of strategies to get food to people who need it. They make sure the services are innovative, collaborative, and practical to best serve the local community. Services include feeding kids first, mobile markets, hunger relief network, and nutrition education.
The 23rd Annual Tom’s Turkey Drive “Turkey Tuesday” is coming up on November 22nd. Donations of funds and time could help 11,000 local families celebrate with a complete Thanksgiving meal box that includes a turkey and all the fixings.

Local Charity Highlight!
Jeremy Lewis, Wealth Advisor and CEO of Fortitude Financial, dedicates a percentage of his income to his team for charitable donations every year. We would like to highlight one organization in particular this month, YWCA Spokane.
YWCA Spokane is dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women, standing up for social justice, helping families, and strengthening communities. Since 1903, YWCA has been helping women and children overcome social, economic, and personal barriers to accomplish their goals and achieve healthier and more fulfilling lives.
Each October, YWCA looks to increase awareness about domestic violence in our community, inspire action from individuals and businesses, and raise critical funds in support of the survivors they serve. Spokane has a higher rate of domestic violence than the state average. Join YWCA as they work to increase awareness about the prevalence of domestic violence in our community, inspire action that is focused on creating lasting change, and encourage community-wide participation.
YWCA invites you to shine a light for survivors of domestic violence this month by helping paint Spokane purple. Show survivors that they are not alone, support is here, we value healthy relationships, and we will no longer tolerate family abuse within our community. Purple is the nationally designated color for domestic violence awareness. Wear purple or shine purple lights at your home or business address to show your support!

Local Charity Highlight!
Jeremy Lewis, Wealth Advisor and CEO of Fortitude Financial, dedicates a percentage of his income to his team for charitable donations every year. We would like to highlight one organization in particular this month, Spokane Youth Sports Association.
SYSA has been contributing to youth sports in the Greater Spokane region for over 55 years. Currently, SYSA has over 9,000 participants from the ages of 4-18 who participate in a variety of sports programs and camps, including basketball, soccer, flag football, baseball, softball, lacrosse, volleyball, track and field, cross country, and dodgeball. They currently provide year-round, affordable, safe, and fun opportunities for young people to play a sport, learn sportsmanship, develop leadership skills, instill a healthy lifestyle, and participate as s a member of a team. They also organize over 1,000 adult volunteers on a yearly basis as coaches, committee and board members, and community helpers.
SYSA believes that every child, no matter their skill level should have the opportunity to be a part of their programs, so they make sure that each young athlete gets the opportunity to play at least half of the game. With SYSA, everyone has the chance to play, no matter their skill level, and that creates a lifelong positive memory for many of our participants.
