He brought his daughter, Alisha Schweitzer, on the team in 2018. After a couple years the "Father-Daughter" home loan team started. Randy Emery started in the mortgage industry over 35 years ago. Most of those years, he has served in the Spokane and surrounding areas. Randy has seen all the ups and downs that this business has to offer and knows how to navigate the most challenging scenarios. In the fall of 2018 he brought one of his daughter's, Alisha, on board to work with him. Alisha brought some previous banking experience, but ultimately learned all she could about home mortgage loans under her dad. After a couple years, they realized how much their strengths and weaknesses complimented each other and that is when the "Father-Daughter" loan team formed. About LeaderOne:
